We had the pleasure of capturing a magical Dutch-German wedding in Budapest, a city the couple chose as their wedding venue because it’s where they first met during their university years. The wedding photography and videography followed their special day, preserving every memorable moment.
The day began with the getting-ready at the Queens Court Hotel, where the couple, surrounded by family, got ready for their big day. For the wedding photography and videography, we headed to Buda Castle for some romantic portraits, with breathtaking views over the city of Budapest.
The ceremony took place at the Aranybástya restaurant, offering stunning panoramic views of Budapest, including the Fisherman’s Bastion. The groom’s father officiated the ceremony, adding a personal and emotional touch to the event. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a delightful dinner, followed by the couple’s first dance, accompanied by the Pankastic Band’s performance of Frank Sinatra’s 'Fly me to the moon.' The evening Budapest skyline, especially the Parliament, served as a perfect backdrop for the wedding photography and videography.
After the cake-cutting, the celebration continued indoors, where the restaurant’s soundproof glass walls allowed the music and festivities to go on late into the night. This wedding photography and videography in Budapest captured every special detail, making it a day to remember for the couple and their guests.
